L&S started with a simple idea: ambitious businesses deserve a team that climbs with them.
We'd seen it from every angle: inside large groups, in advisory, and building our own ventures. Founders with big goals and great teams, making important calls without a clear view of the ground beneath them.
So we built a partner that joins the journey. Commercially minded, technically strong, quick to understand a business, and there for the long haul.

Darren Lunz
Co-founder · strategy and commercial
Chartered Accountant (SA) with a Sports Management MBA from Real Madrid Graduate School. Started at Deloitte, then five years at Betway Group in London and Malta in senior commercial finance and corporate development, including entering new regulated markets. Founder of Hero, a sport-for-social-impact platform, and an endurance athlete.

Chartered Accountant. Started at Deloitte, then worked in the US and in consulting before six years at Sage building finance structures that still run today. Brings the modelling depth and the reporting engine.
